ADAEZE MEDANI
NASM-Certified | Owner of Ada Is Present
Adaeze, known as Ada, is a personal trainer, nutrition coach, co-founder of Free Flo Fit (a 501c3 nonprofit), and a proud lululemon ambassador. Born and raised in Seattle, she brings a lifetime of athletic experience and a passion for empowering women through fitness.
Her foundation in movement began at age 7 with gymnastics, later expanding to track and field and basketball throughout middle and high school. As a freshman at the University of Washington, she rowed competitively, then stayed active through the gym and outdoor training.

For Ada, fitness has always been more than physical performance — it’s her medicine. Strength training helps her manage stress and anxiety, shift her mindset, and fuel her confidence. She knows firsthand that fitness can:
Boost your energy and focus
Relieve stress and promote balance
Build lasting confidence in and out of the gym
This belief shapes everything she offers at Ada Is Present, from group fitness classes in Woodinville to personal training in Tacoma and online. Her approach goes beyond aesthetics — it’s about creating sustainable wellness for women 30–50 who want to feel strong, present, and empowered in daily life.

Adaeze is passionate about inclusivity and representation in fitness. She co-founded Free Flo Fit, a nonprofit dedicated to building health and wellness opportunities for BIPOC communities, and she continues to lead with that same purpose in every class, session, and corporate wellness program.
Her work has been featured in PopSugar, Pretty Girl Sweat, Converge Media, and she’s been celebrated with her image displayed in lululemon stores in Tacoma and Totem Lake.
