In honor of my birthday month, I’m bringing back a SPECIAL EDITION of Deadlift Party for the Girls on July 11th from 10am–12pm!
This women-only deadlift clinic is focused on helping women build confidence, improve technique, and celebrate strength in a supportive environment.
And YES…
we are doing a DEADLIFT OFF 💪🏾
Before the max out, we’ll spend time properly warming up, refining your form, and dialing in your setup so you feel confident and strong going into your lifts.
Expect: Strength, Community, Heavy lifts, Food + beverages, AND maybe even a little dance party!
Whether you’re newer to deadlifting or already experienced, this event is designed to help women feel PRESENT in their strength.
