FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

What kind of training do you offer?

I specialize in strength training, body recomposition, and building long-term confidence through consistent, progressive programming. My approach blends weightlifting, mobility, and conditioning so you build strength that actually supports your life outside the gym.

I’m new to strength training. Can I still work with you?

Absolutely. Many of my clients start as beginners. I meet you exactly where you are and build a program that fits your experience, your body, and your goals.

What’s the difference between training for weight loss and training for recomposition?

Weight loss focuses on the scale. Body recomposition focuses on building muscle and reducing fat, which changes how your body looks and feels regardless of the number on the scale. Our work together prioritizes strength, metabolism, and sustainable habits.

How does remote coaching work?

You’ll receive a personalized plan through my training app with video demos, weekly check-ins, progress metrics, and direct messaging so you always know what to do and how to do it. I adjust programming weekly based on your feedback, schedule, recovery, and progress.

Do you offer in-person training?

Yes! I offer in-person coaching for clients in the Seattle area. Spots are limited to ensure I can give each client the attention and support they deserve.

How often will I train each week?

Most clients train with me 1-2 times per week depending on goals, lifestyle, and recovery. I don’t recommend more than 2-3 times per week for personal training, but your programming will account for around 5 workouts per week.

What equipment do I need for remote training?

Anything you have will work. I design programs around your actual environment: gym, home setup, or a mix of both. If you're at home, a pair of dumbbells, resistance bands, and a bench is plenty to start.

How long before I see results?

Most clients start feeling stronger within 2–4 weeks. Visible recomposition typically shows in 8–12 weeks depending on training consistency, nutrition habits, sleep, and stress levels.

Do you provide nutrition guidance?

Yes. I offer nutrition coaching rooted in flexibility and sustainability. I’ll support you with habits, protein targets, fueling for strength training, and mindset.

I’m dealing with an injury. Can I still train?

In most cases, yes. I can adjust your program around injuries, mobility limitations, and pain flare-ups. If needed, I’ll collaborate with your PT or other providers to keep you moving safely.

What happens after I apply to work with you?

You’ll receive a follow-up within 24–48 hours to schedule a consultation. This call helps us understand your goals, lifestyle, and training history to make sure we’re the right fit.

What makes your coaching different?

I coach in a way that’s human, sustainable, and rooted in empowerment. My goal is to help you build strength that translates into everyday confidence, empowering you to be present in your strength.

I’m hands-on, attentive, and deeply invested in your growth long after you hit your first milestone.
