MOBILITY TO DA BEAT!

Mobility to da Beat is a high-energy, all-levels fitness experience that blends mobility exercises with the rhythm and joy of Afro-steps choreography. This unique 60-minute class is designed to get your body moving and your spirits lifted, perfect for anyone looking to enhance their range of motion, build strength, and have fun in a supportive community environment, this event brings people together to sweat, celebrate, and connect.

    Love On Black Bootcamp

    Did you know that only 9.3% of fitness trainers in the US are Black? And even fewer in places like Washington State.

    Celebrate movement, culture, and community in this dynamic group workout led by myself, AD, Marvin, and Kiana—four local Black fitness instructors. This class combines strength, cardio, and functional training in an empowering, inclusive space. All levels and people are welcome. Come ready to sweat, connect, and celebrate Black joy through intentional movement.
