Challenge your entire body in this high-energy circuit class. Move through timed strength stations designed to build muscle, boost endurance, and improve functional movement.

This class is open to all levels, with coaching and modifications to meet you where you are and push you toward where you want to go.

  • Lift heavy, lift strong, and lift together. This women-centered class is all about building strength and confidence through the deadlift. Adaeze will guide you through technique, form, and progressive lifts in a supportive, hype-filled environment. Whether you’re new to lifting or chasing a new PR, this class celebrates every rep and every woman who shows up.
