Strength

You’ll be provided with a training plan in Trainerize designed to help burn fat & maintain/build muscle.

  • This plan will be accessible for home gyms or full access gyms.

  • All exercises are modifiable for your personal needs.

NUTRITION

Diet plan can be based on food preferences, weight, and goals.

We’ll use a whole food approach. Ex: Apples, Eggs, Chicken, Rice, Asparagus, Tomato, etc.

Stay on track with twice a week group calls where you can ask questions, get inspiration, and connect with your coach.

The private group chat keeps you connected with your peers and coach daily, so you can ask questions, share successes, and get inspiration 24/7!

  • Absolutely. Whether you’re brand new to strength training or you’ve lifted before, this challenge is built to meet you where you are. We’re focusing on the basics, consistency, and building strength over time.

  • Neither! This challenge is about getting stronger. If your body changes along the way, cool — but that’s not the focus. The real goal is feeling stronger, moving better, and having more energy throughout your day.

  • It’s a 6-week challenge, and we kick things off on January 19.

  • Yes! All of the training, coaching, and check-ins happen online, so you can do this from wherever you are.

  • Yes, you’ll need access to a gym for this one. The workouts are designed to be done in a gym using standard strength training equipment.

  • You’ll get:

        •    A 6-week gym-based strength training program

        •    Coaching videos for every exercise inside my training app

        •    Two group check-ins each week with me

        •    Accountability, structure, and support to help you stay consistent

  • Yes. Every exercise comes with detailed coaching videos in the app where I walk you through setup, form, and key cues. And during our twice-weekly group check-ins, you’ll be able to ask questions and get extra support if something doesn’t feel right.

  • Plan for about 3–4 workouts per week, with each session taking around 45–60 minutes.

  • This is where we really connect. We’ll:

        •    Talk through questions

        •    Go over form or movement concerns

        •    Celebrate strength and movement wins

        •    Keep each other accountable

  • Life happens. This challenge is about progress, not perfection. You’ll still have access to the workouts and check-in replays so you can stay on track.

  • The investment for the 6-week challenge is $199.

  • If you’re loving the structure and want to keep going, you’ll have the option to continue training with me through ongoing group strength training.
