Three classes. Three different lessons. One goal: build your deadlift from the ground up.
Whether you’re brand new to deadlifting, ready to clean up your technique, or looking to take your strength to the next level, this three-part series is designed to help you understand the lift—not just perform it.
We’re breaking down the things that often get skipped: setup, technique, accessories, equipment, programming, and how to actually progress your deadlift with confidence.
Come for one class or take the full series. Each class stands on its own, but together, they build.
No experience required. Just come ready to learn, lift, and get stronger.

September 19th
Whether you’re brand new to deadlifting or ready to clean up your technique, we’re starting with the foundation. We’ll break the deadlift down step by step so you understand not just what to do, but why you’re doing it.
WE’LL COVER:
Deadlift setup from the ground up
Proper bracing and positioning
How to create tension before the bar leaves the floor
Common deadlift mistakes and how to fix them
Finding a setup that works for your body
The goal: Leave with a stronger understanding of your deadlift and the confidence to approach the bar knowing exactly what you’re doing.
October 17th
October 17th
A stronger deadlift isn’t built by deadlifting alone. We’re getting into the exercises and equipment that can support your pull—and learning how to figure out what’s actually useful for you.
WE’LL COVER:
Accessory exercises that help build a stronger deadlift
Shoes: what matters and what to look for
Lifting belts: when, why, and how to use one
Straps, grip support, and other lifting accessories
How to decide what you actually need—and what you can skip
The goal: Leave knowing how to train around your deadlift and make smarter choices about the gear you use.
November 7th
You’ve got the foundation. Now it’s time to level up. This class is about taking your deadlift beyond the basics and learning how to approach heavier, more challenging pulls with intention.
WE’LL COVER:
Taking your technique into heavier lifts
How and when to increase weight
Identifying where your deadlift is breaking down
Making adjustments when the weight gets challenging
Building confidence with heavier pulls
Putting everything you’ve learned throughout the series into practice
THE GOAL: Leave with a better understanding of your own deadlift and the tools to keep progressing long after class is over.
Led by Adaeze and Sam, each class combines hands-on coaching, practical instruction, and plenty of opportunities to ask questions, practice, and get feedback in real time.
We’re here to help you understand why you’re doing what you’re doing—not just tell you where to put your feet and send you on your way.
Whether this is your first time approaching a barbell or you’ve been deadlifting for years, you’ll leave with tools you can actually take back into the gym.
Come as you are. We’ll meet you where you’re at—and build from there.
